Born and raised in Baltimore City, Morgan Martin attended high school at the Baltimore City School of the Arts and then later went on to further her education at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Communication is usually her inspiration  whenever she is working on a poem, dance routine or art project. There is a certain feeling and emotion she tries to communicate when people are viewing or listening to her work. Her goal after every performance is to spark "that" conversation which will later be discussed in  future conversations.
