Born in Baltimore, MD,  Nicole Jackson is a local artist that works in several mediums, including oil paint, charcoal, & ceramics. Her work, whether it be a portrait, a book illustration, or a depiction of a dream, is primarily narrative and often reflects her religious or social perspective.  Nicole also designs fashion apparel and accessories, by far loving to reconstruct and reinterpret periods of ethnic details into modern garments.  She also works teaching art in a school for children with special needs.
